20 weeks 1 day!


I finally took a picture of the actual bump so here you go...20 weeks! I am up 4 lbs from pre-pregnancy. Now that I am feeling better and eating a lot more I need to focus more on nutrition. Up until now I just needed to eat whatever sounded okay. So I am looking for some great recipes that are healthy and will give lots of nutrients and less fat. I need to gain weight but want it to be baby weight not just I ate too many burgers :) So if you have any great recipes let me know.

Look how cute you are. I've found that you just have to modify stuff to "health-a-fy" it: brown rice, wheat pasta and tortillas, RF stuff, and load up on the veggies like crazy :) Totally jealous of only 4 lbs :)
